Help prior level L1 (bank agents, Customer Service Desks) to resolve/respond client issues/requests
Ensure the functional use of the application with the different parties (L1 bank agents & clients, Maintenance team, Dev team...)
Collaborate with the DEV teams before the monthly release (Demo, BA Tests...)
Manage several topics : token management, support process improvement, monitoring...
Functional perimeter : Reporting : MT940, MT942, CFONB120, CAMT053, CAMT054... Payment : Instruction method as Normal/Urgent Payment, Domestic & International Payment (Country specifics requirements), SEPA Direct Debit, SEPA Credit Transfer...
